Total Concept Property Management, LLC is locally owned and operated. Because we make our home right here
in the Mount Washington Valley, we naturally know how to provide for your property.
Melissa LaRoche, manager of Total Concept Property Management, has significant experience in the management
of both residential and commercial properties. She brings with her the wherewithal of years of experience
in property management.
Phil LaRoche, Member of Total Concept Property Management, LLC, has over 25 years experience in the
construction and property management industry and once was even directly responsible for the oversight
management of over 28 million square feet of commercial property. He is licensed in the State of New
Hampshire as real estate agent and earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University
of Houston.
Phil's attention to detail and complete management style provide TCPM's customers with a distinct advantage
in the care of their property.
