The Blarney House is located on western shore of Ossipee Lake, just a stone’s throw from the water’s edge. This contemporary home has all the comforts and is not waterfront, but as close as you can be to the water’s edge without paying waterfront prices. A short 200’ path leads away from the back yard to the water’s edge. Also, you are only 0.3 mile, (1,500’), to the community, private, beach.
Complete amenity also includes pool access at the Indian Mound Golf Club, (municipal course), and boat launch access at the community, private, beach. The home itself has a great outdoor deck, a fire ring/pit and horseshoe pit!
